Meet the Team
Dr. Norissa Williams has degrees in Human Services & Psychology, Social Work & Applied Developmental Psychology. With over ten years teaching at the University level, conducting research on issues of diversity and providing consultation to an array of clientele, she leads Liberation Research & Practice Institute with passion and expert knowledge. She has been mentioned in various online publications and authored peer reviewed journal articles. In addition, she has been the guest on several podcasts and was most recently a guest on the Sirius XM's, Dr. Karen Hunter Show. Dr. Williams is also a co-host on her own podcast, Radical Remembering, where she explores what it means to be liberated and how to actualize it in our daily lives. Dr. Williams is also the creator of the app, Living Liberated, found in the Apple Store and on Google Play.
